These terms govern your use of offerlaneauto.com, which operates as Motor Row (“Motor Row,” “we,” “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. Motor Row is a marketplace, not a dealer

Motor Row is an online listing service. Vehicles shown on the site are offered by independent sellers (“Sellers”), who are solely responsible for their listings and their vehicles. Motor Row does not own, possess, inspect, appraise, finance, insure, deliver or sell any vehicle, is not a licensed motor vehicle dealer or broker, does not act as anyone’s agent, and is not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a Seller. Any sale is a contract between you and the Seller only.

2. If you are shopping for a car

• Listings are the Seller’s statements. Price, mileage, condition, options, history, title status and photos are entered by the Seller. Motor Row does not verify them. Treat them as claims to be checked, not facts.
• Confirm before you act. Prices and availability can change at any time without notice. Confirm current price, mileage and availability with the Seller before travelling to see a vehicle.
• Inspect before you buy. We strongly recommend an independent mechanical inspection, a vehicle history report, and a check of the title and odometer disclosure before paying for any vehicle.
• Deal directly with the Seller. All negotiation, paperwork, financing, taxes, registration, warranties and payment are between you and the Seller. Never send payment to anyone claiming to represent Motor Row; we never take payment for vehicles.
• You must be at least 18 to use the site or contact a Seller.

3. If you are a seller (dealer terms)

Posting is limited to sellers Motor Row has approved. By posting a listing you agree that:

• You hold any licence required to sell motor vehicles where you do business (for Indiana dealers, a current Indiana dealer licence), and you will comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, including the FTC Used Car Rule (Buyers Guide), federal odometer disclosure requirements, truth-in-advertising and consumer-protection laws, and Indiana motor vehicle dealer regulations.
• Every listing is accurate, complete and not misleading, and you will update or remove it promptly when the price, condition or availability changes or the vehicle sells.
• You have the right to sell the vehicle and to use every photo and description you upload.
• Any contact information you display is yours and may be shown publicly.
• You are solely responsible for the listing, the vehicle, every representation you make, and every transaction you enter into, and you will handle any complaint, return, warranty or dispute with the buyer yourself.
• You will not post the same vehicle more than once, post vehicles you don’t have, or use listings to collect buyer information for unrelated purposes.

Motor Row may edit, hide or remove any listing, or suspend any seller account, at any time and for any reason, including a complaint from a buyer.

4. Listing content and licence

You keep ownership of the text and photos you post. You grant Motor Row a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute and publish that content on the site and in the site’s feeds, search listings, machine-readable versions and promotional material, for as long as the listing exists and for a reasonable time afterwards in caches and archives. If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, send us the listing link through the contact form and the details of your claim and we will respond promptly.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: post anything false, unlawful, infringing, defamatory or deceptive; impersonate anyone; attempt to access accounts, data or parts of the site you are not authorised to use; interfere with the site’s operation; use the site to send spam or unsolicited offers; or use buyer or seller contact details for anything other than the listing you found them in.

6. Automated access, search engines and AI

Motor Row is built to be read by people and by machines. Search engines, AI assistants and other automated tools are welcome to crawl, index, summarise and quote the public pages of this site, including the Markdown and JSON versions and the feeds we publish, provided they respect robots.txt, do not overload the site, and attribute listings to Motor Row with a link where practical. When reproducing listing data, note that it was entered by the Seller and is not verified by Motor Row. Automated access to seller accounts or the posting tools, and attempts to scrape contact details for bulk marketing, are not permitted.

7. Disclaimers

The site and all listings are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy or availability. Motor Row makes no promise that any listing is accurate, that any vehicle is as described, that any Seller is licensed or will honour a listing, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing on the site is legal, financial or tax advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Motor Row and its owners, operators and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of money, data, goodwill or profits, arising out of or related to the site, any listing, any vehicle, or any dealing between a buyer and a Seller, however caused, even if advised of the possibility. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, Motor Row’s total liability for all claims relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these limits, so some may not apply to you.

9. Indemnity

If you are a Seller, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Motor Row and its owners, operators and staff from any claim, loss, liability, damage or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your listings, your vehicles, your dealings with buyers, or your breach of these terms or of any law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Disputes between a buyer and a Seller are between those parties. Before filing any claim against Motor Row, you agree to contact us at (317) 853-6700 or through the contact form and give us 30 days to try to resolve it.

11. Changes, termination and contact

We may change these terms at any time; the date above shows the current version and continued use of the site means you accept the change. We may suspend or end access to the site or any account at any time. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
