Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Motor Row (offerlaneauto.com) collects, why, who can see it, and what choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• If you are just browsing: nothing that identifies you. Our server and our network provider (Cloudflare) handle standard request data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, which is used to deliver the site and to block abuse, and is kept in short-lived logs. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or fingerprinting. The site stores a small amount of data in your browser (such as a remembered filter) that never leaves your device.
• If you contact a seller: you do that by phone or email directly with the seller. Motor Row is not part of that conversation and does not receive it.
• If you are an approved seller: when you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us, and we store them with your seller account along with the dealership name you choose. We never see your Google password and cannot access anything else in your Google account. The cars you post, their photos, and the contact details you choose to display are public by design.
• If you use the contact form: we keep your name, the email or phone number you give us, and your message so we can reply.

How we use it

• To run the site, show listings, and let approved sellers manage their cars.
• To reply to you, and to approve and support dealer accounts.
• To prevent spam, fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. We do not use personal information to train AI models.

What is public

Listings are public and are published on this site, in our feeds and sitemap, in Markdown and JSON versions of each page, and may be indexed, cached and quoted by search engines and AI assistants. If you are a seller, that includes the dealership name and contact details you choose to show on a listing. Don’t include anything in a listing that you don’t want to be public.

Services we rely on

• Cloudflare routes and protects traffic to the site.
• Google provides sign-in for approved sellers only.
• NHTSA vPIC (a U.S. government service) decodes VINs when a seller posts a car; only the VIN is sent.

How long we keep it

Listings stay until the seller removes them; removed listings and their photos are deleted. Seller accounts stay until closed. Server logs are kept briefly for security and then discarded. Contact-form messages are kept as long as needed to deal with the request.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or close a seller account, by calling (317) 853-6700 or through the contact form. We will respond within 30 days. Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, there is nothing to opt out of under “Do Not Sell or Share” laws, but you are welcome to send a request anyway and we will confirm. The site honours browser Global Privacy Control signals by not tracking anyone in the first place.

Children

The site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if you believe we have, tell us through the contact form and we will delete it.
