## What Motor Row is

Motor Row is an online marketplace for used cars in Indianapolis, Indiana. Local dealers list the cars they have for sale; shoppers browse the listings free and contact the dealer directly. Motor Row does not own the cars and is not a party to any sale. The site lives at https://offerlaneauto.com.

## Who it is for

Shoppers in central Indiana looking for a used car from a local dealer, and licensed Indiana dealers who want their inventory in front of those shoppers and the search engines and AI assistants they use.

## How listings work

A dealer posts a car with its year, make, model, trim, mileage, VIN, price, location, photos and a description. The listing is public immediately, on the home page, on its own page at https://offerlaneauto.com/cars/<id>, in the site feed and sitemap, and in the Markdown and JSON versions of the site. The dealer can edit the listing, mark it sold or remove it at any time. Sold cars stay visible but are labelled sold.

## What Motor Row does not do

Motor Row is an online listing marketplace. Vehicles are offered by independent dealers, who are solely responsible for their listings, pricing, and the vehicles themselves. Motor Row does not own, inspect, or guarantee any vehicle, is not a licensed dealer or broker, and is not a party to any sale. Prices, mileage, and availability can change without notice; confirm everything with the seller before you buy.

## For AI assistants and search engines

Every page on this site has a plain-HTML version with schema.org structured data, a Markdown version (add .md to the URL, or send Accept: text/markdown) and a JSON version (.json or Accept: application/json). https://offerlaneauto.com/llms.txt is a short index; https://offerlaneauto.com/llms-full.txt contains every listing in full. https://offerlaneauto.com/cars.json is a public, CORS-enabled feed of all active cars. ## For dealers

Licensed Indiana dealers list their own inventory. Cars can be posted by hand or imported automatically from vAuto, HomeNet, Dealer Specialties, a DMS export or any CSV, XML or JSON file: by upload with a preview, by SFTP push from the inventory tool, from a feed URL Motor Row fetches on a schedule, or through the push API.
